Job Details:
Position : Coordinator, Sea Freight Export

Industry : Logistic Forwarding

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0900 to 1800)

Working Location : Taman Sutera Utama, 81300 Skudai, Johor, Malaysia

Working Duration: 3 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Salary range : RM2,500 - RM3,500 with statutory contribution & leave entitlement

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in sea freight or freight forwarding industry.
- Knowledge in export process

Job Scope:

- Registration of shipments into the forwarding system CW1 on time, accurately and accordance to compliance and SOP.
- Update all required systems - internal/ external with correct and required shipment data timely
- Timely creation, submission, follow up, coordinate, communicate shipment information with stakeholders (ie subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers and overseas offices) accordance to company’s policy, procedure and SOP from booking, Bill of... More Detail
