The Recruitment Consultant Role
• As a Recruitment Consultant you will be delivering the highest possible standard of customer service to both our candidates and our clients
• You will work with businesses throughout Lincoln and surrounding areas with their recruitment needs and maintain strong and long lasting business relationships
• As a Recruitment Consultant youwill help tosource new business leads with the Sales Team and then develop and deliver well thought out and relevant marketing strategies in order to gain appointments and make introductions of Red Recruitment.
