On behalf of our client we are looking for a production administrator this role is to effectively update and manage all operational admin aspects of our business ERP system and other excel based KPIs and trackers.

Responsibilities
• Team rota management
• Holiday and absence management
• Agency use and management to ensure effective and accurate data is provided.
• Updating and maintaining trackers for all areas.
• Resolve queries in a timely and effective manner.
• Check and ensure all relevant paperwork are completed in full and filed appropriately.
• Acting and working in line with Health and Safety requirements and values.

Skills Required
• Proficient computer skills, ideally with ERP system experience
• Data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work to own initiative.
• Strong time management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge others.
• Written and spoken English.
• Experience working in FMCG
