Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The Senior Chef de Partie will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Additionally, the Senior Chef de Partie will provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and specifications provided by the Head Chef.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail, including but not limited to sauces, soups, meats, seafood, and vegetables.
Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, communicating any shortages or discrepancies to the Head Chef.
