This is an exciting brand-new role within the expanding St Clare Hospice Fundraising Team, with the overall responsibility for shaping and delivering our Major Donor strategy and programme.
With proven excellent relationship management skills, you'll manage a pipeline of existing and new supporters.

You'll be responsible for creating and implementing tailored stewardship plans that will lead to high quality and impactful relationships, and increased income.

Location:

Hybrid (St Clare Hospice office and home based), with 25-40% working from home (depending on hours or working pattern agreed.)

05 per annum (depending on experience) includes High-Cost Area Allowance. Pro rata for part time.

Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week or part time 30 hours per week.

To account manage a portfolio of major donors by developing and implementing tailored stewardship plans to achieve agreed income targets and KPIs.
