Customer Service Specialist

This role will be focused primarily on providing the highest standard of customer scervice in relation to our website and will also extend into providing general support for wider ecommerce activities and operations for the business.

Tasks:
• Managing difficult customer situations while using empathy through live chat, phone and email; Responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs, soliciting customer feedback to improve customer experience;
• Supporting delivery logistic demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness ensuring that that they are processed accurately and promptly and in line with business procedures and company guidelines;
• Act as a liaison between eCommerce backend and warehouse support to fulfil customer orders should manual intervention be required;
• Using problem solving skills to identify and resolve customer facing issues in a timely manner. Managing ERP system, gathering and analyzing information to develop alternative solutions;
