Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and supervise all the mechanical activities relate to the plant maintenance & projects.
• Assist to develop & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
• Responsible for maximizing the plant reliability & reducing the down time & mean time between break down (MTBB).
• Assist the management in Project Evaluation, Project Planning & Execution of Project(s), within agreed target time & budget.
• Sourcing the maintenance related all parts/equipment.
• Maintain Liaison with various functional teams to achieve production targets.
• Assist to develop & implement SOP for the smooth operation of the factory. Coordinate with other department.
• Responsible for machine maintenance and task planning.
