Esquire Knit Composite PLC is looking for Senior Executive - Lab & QC (Testing Lab)

Job Description / Responsibility
• Conduct test as per AATCC, ASTM, ISO & different Buyer Standards & prepare test report.
• Perform color fastness test – Color fastness to Washing, Water, Perspiration, Sweat & Saliva, Light, PLF, Sublimation, Crocking etc.
• Perform physical test – Dimensional stability, Spirality, Mass per unit area, Pilling resistance, Bursting strength, Pull test etc.
• Ensure to follow proper equipment, test methods & consumable items for specific test.
• To check & ensure all test report prepared as per customer requirement.
• To review test report of Accredited Buyer and send report to buyer.
• Communicate with merchandisers & relevant department for any queries related with test reports.
• To perform correlation test with 3rd party lab & different buyer lab.
• Maintain internal verification record of different test & testing equipment.
