Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure proper electro – mechanical operation and maintenance of HVAC facilities to the Production department and other premises of the plant.
• Plan, Program, Budget, Manage and supervise all Preventive maintenance of HVAC system and other utilities of the plant.
• Perform trouble shooting and corrective actions where ever necessary. Support of technical matters on PD, QC and other Production areas.
• Plan and execute modification, installation of machinery and infrastructure as and when required. Plan and execute formal training for personal of engineering department with updated technology.
• Take up activities for continuous development on technical skill and motivation of subordination.
• Ensure safety of machinery and workforce of the plant. Organize purchase for operation and maintenance, equipment and other utilities.
