Job Description
• To be a FIS Bureau Operator (Mining) entails being the go-to person for multiple high profile Netstar Mining clients which meet the specifications. This includes taking ownership of these accounts from a Fleet Intelligence perspective relating to being a liaison between Netstar and client, managing hardware/software tickets and cases, creating specialized reporting, ensuring that clients SLA and Scope is met at all times, Onboarding client on software, pulling adhoc reports, and providing weekly reports and feedback to client according to operational requirements. The operator will be based at the Netstar Rustenburg Branch.
• Onboard new mining clients and/or equipment
• Deliver services according to Mining SLA's
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly health checks to clients
• Administrating clients' databases / CAPS/Profleet/Vigil +/Pilot
• Management client user access
• Manage driver tag administration
