Job Description

To be responsible for the administration of the Time & Attendance System (T&A) for the site.

To provide accurate and timeous information and support to the HR and Payroll department

Responsibilities
• Ensure there areclocking entries captured on T&A System (SACO).
• Leave application forms captured on spreadsheet for submission to Payroll.
• Capturing biometrics for employees and contractors.
• Resolve queries regarding clocking’s and leave with Controllers and Managers and update accordingly.
• Process shift & schedule changes for accurate calculation of hours worked.
• Process and execute daily / weekly reports for Boksburg plant.
• Compile overtime and allowances reports for approval and submission to HRSSC
• Keeping leave forms for BRG employees up to date and in order.
• Check that clocking machines and servers are online.
• Liaise with Time and Attendance technician when readers are off-line.
• Prepare payroll output file.
