We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our BPO company. The Internal Audit Specialist will be responsible for conducting internal audits of financial and operational processes, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending corrective actions to enhance the company's internal controls and risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of audit procedures and practices.Qualifications:

- Fluent in Japanese and English

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred
