Responsibilities
• Works closely with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen on engineering menus for high profitability and experiential value. Preparation of Banquet Event Orders and responsible to ensure they are issued and distributed in a timely manner and accurately.
• Ensure smooth running of events and related activities.
• Respond to requests for proposals for events including set-up, food and beverage needs, audio-visual needs, rooms and any other ancillary needs related to an event.
• Establishes a strong rapport with the event organisers and guests of the Hotel for return business and referral of future businesses.
• Listen actively to guests requests and feedbacks from the event organisers and resolve the problem before the end of the Event and/or departure of the event organisers.
