Spirehouse are currently supporting a midlands based Local Authority in need of a Income Recovery Officer.

The Opportunity:

This is a great interim opportunity to join a highly efficient and professional service that places itself in a strong position to meet the challenges and demands of maximising income collection and sustaining tenancies at every opportunity.

The successful candidate will have:
• A Social Housing background and additionally experience in Income Recovery/Income Management
• Knowledge of local Authority
• Excellent customer service skills along with communicational skills
• A good working knowledge of universal credit
• 2 years minimum experience of working within an Income department (Rent arrears, income collection or recovery)

• Start ASAP
• 1 Months Temporary (Strong chance of extension)
• £16.50 per hour via Umbrella (Negotiable on experience)
• Full time working pattern - 37 hours
