Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker on behalf of a Public Sector organisation based in Warwickshire.

The Opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity to join a charity creating change to those vulnerable within society. This is a full time opportunity at a time of growth with the possibility of you growing your own team. There is opportunity for immediate starts on an interim to permanent basis.

Housing Support experience is a must have, please note all care applications shall be dismissed.

Key duties:
• Manage an agreed caseload
• Maintain a high level of record keeping
• Ensure voids are reported in a timely manner
• Provide advice and support relating to Housing welfare and benefits

Further information:
• 37.5 hours per week
• Competitive salary - Permanent
• £17.50 via umbrella - Interim

Requirements.
• Enhanced DBS for immediate start
• Must have a full UK drivers licence and access to a car
