An exciting new senior position at HTSL Group covering 3 sites (Sandhurst, Didcot and Deeside) where you will have a broad range of responsibilities for our people, business processes, systems and operations. Reporting directly to the MD and working collaboratively with other team members you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the group’s future success and continued growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing and executing operational strategies to optimise efficiency and support the groups growth.
• Delivery of the highest level of customer service.
• Managing against agreed budgets for costs and revenue.
