Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling the full spectrum of foreign worker management including:
- Assist in new quota application process; Act as a representative to attend the Government office.
- To assist in conducting monthly hostel inspection.
- Work closely with agent regarding the hostel management, transportation, Fomema medical checkup, bank account application, passport & permit renewal arrangements & etc.
2. Responsible for handling Expatriate management including assist in new quota application process; providing necessary resource and support to expats when and as required & etc.
3. Responsible for identifying training and development needs within an organization.
4. Manage daily attendance and leave application status; send daily attendance report to HODs via email and whatsapp group.
5. To monitor daily Security Guard patrol activity log and provide clear information to security team in order to ensure that the team can understand and follow the instructions... More Detail
