• Tracking all the IT Assets throughout the lifecycle i.e from the PO to the Disposal.
• Responsible for the tickets / SR are managed and processed as per the approved EPD and closed within the TAT
• All the CR are processed as per the approval process flow and necessary changes are made in the CMDB
• Ensure there is no non-compliance in the process flow
• MIS generation as per the schedule
• Forecasting and Planning

· Demand Management provide subject matter expertise at any stage of the program.
