Akij Flour Mills Ltd is looking for Officer/Senior Officer (Quality Assurance)

Job Description / Responsibility
• To ensure quality parameters of all kinds of RM, PM, semi-finished goods and finished goods
• Prepare daily quality reports
• Monitor CCP & OPRP related activities and prepare documents accordingly
• Prepare all types of chemical reagents
• Check & ensure batch code of all finished goods
• Update and maintain all test equipment’s

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements
• 4 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged),Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
