**Job Description**
• *Job Overview/Summary:** This a manager of Primary Health Care (PHC) clinics based in Sittwe and targeted townships in Rakhine State. The overall administrative management of clinic teams, management of PHC clinic activities, technical oversight and quality control of PHC activities are main responsibilities of this position. The position will have key role for daily coordination, communication and representation to relevant external stakeholders, including local authorities, State and Township Public Health department INGOs and LNGOs, and coordination with intra IRC departments. As a project lead, the position is responsible for coordination with all other projects and program support teams, as well as partner organizations in Rakhine State.
