• *Scope of Work:**
The IRC seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, of a five-year multi-sector project funded by Global Affairs Canada. The project aims to improve gender equality, safety, and well-being of women and girls in conflict-affected communities in Rakhine. The Project Manager ensures the project is carried out in a timely fashion, within budget, and in line with commitments made in the donor award. To do so, the Project Lead collaborates, coordinates and directly supports key stakeholders from IRC’s Women’s Protection and Empowerment and Health teams as well as other critical functional departments across IRC’s country program in Sittwe and other Rakhine field offices and IRC’s main office in Yangon to track project progress and to forecast and escalate implementation issues.
