**Job Description**
• *SCOPE OF WORK:**

Responsibilities: The WPE M&E Manager will oversee the design and implementation of M&E systems for all WPE programs in Rakhine, and support the WPE team’s day-to-day administrative management. To achieve this goal, they will work closely with program staff at field level, and be supported technically by the Senior WPE Manager and M&E Coordinator. The objectives of the role are as follows:

\- Develop and run M&E systems that reliably track and measure program outputs and outcomes. This includes databases, tool development, needs assessments, evaluations.
\- Design and lead a complaints response mechanism for all Rakhine locations, in coordination with M&E Coordinator and other IRC program teams.
\- Collect and write/edit impact stories of program work from field locations quarterly.
\- Prioritize quality program implementation by working with program teams to identify strengths and opportunities and areas for improvement.
