Key Account Manager - Welbourn - c28k + Bonus

ALH are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager with immediate effect for our leading client.

Role - Key Account Manager

Job Purpose - To manage Key Account customers, ensuring quality customer service is delivered whilst protecting the interests of our client, abiding by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed.

COMMUNICATIONS
• Provide work trackers to show what is happening with all interactions with our client. Listing out Quotes, PPMs, WIP and completed works.
• Chase through quoted works to either obtain orders or rejections (making note of the reason for rejection
• To be used by the KAM to keep on top and chase all works through to completion. Interacting with operations to ensure works down to KPIs and due dates.
• Be single point of contact building the trust with the client.
