POSITION: Customer Sales Executive

QUALIFICATION: HND/Degree from a recognized tertiary institution

EXPERIENCE: 3 years and above in a supervisory position in sales, marketing or analogous position with a high customer centric orientation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acts as the first point of call for walk-in customers and populate data on all walk in customers
• Check conformity with defined processes (RFQ, order, follow-up, sign-off procedures…)
• Works with Field Sales Managers to understand and capture customer context and needs
• Identifies specifications and product solutions
• Preparation of Sales operational document (Quotes, Cutting Instructions, production program, confirmed orders, and all other sales related document to facilitate procedures and processes)
• Communicates with customers as needed in order to ensure positive customer relations and feedback
• Promote and maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time and in full delivery
