POSITION: Plant Manager

QUALIFICATION: 4 to 5 years of University Education

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10 years in operational position in a plant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Industrial Strategy
• Builds plant industrial strategy in line with the business strategic plan and business assumptions
• Plans & prioritizes related industrial projects (lay-out, flow, new technologies and investments)
• Optimizes resources and assets
• Adapts and responds to change

Industrial Performance
• Implements the strongest action plans to ensure safety for his employees & subcontractors.
• Ensures HS&E system is developed, maintained and applied properly
• Ensures appropriate risk management regarding HS&E
• Leads yearly industrial action plans (Master plan/Savings with quantitative and qualitative deployment) and industrial projects
• Cares for the maintenance of the industrial equipment in his perimeter to ensure sustainable performance
