Mission

Develop the territory under his charge by managing the human resources under his supervision, implementing the business policies defined by the company, being the link between the Field Force and the client, guaranteeing the attention of the POS' under an account concept. Increase, share, and standardization of all processes in all assigned territories.

Main responsibilities

Customer Management
• Prepare proposals that generate development of the brand in the different channels that have been assigned to the team of Team Leaders in charge.
