Overall Purpose

The ideal candidate would fit into a ‘360’ role within a small, friendly office, minutes away from Newcastle City Centre. The role is full time, but part-time working would be considered.

Brief Job Description

The role would involve a variety of skills, including VAT, bookkeeping and year end accounts preparation for a range of owner managed businesses, in addition to exposure to Corporate Taxation and personal Self Assessment.

The candidate should be comfortable in a largely client facing role, and proficient in a range of accounting software.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements for the role

Experience in payroll would be ideal, but not essential.

The role would likely suit an AAT qualified individual looking to further their professional studies, but formal qualifications are not essential, and candidates qualified by experience would also be considered.
