Cambourne, CambridgeWe are seeking an Administrator on a fulltime permanent basis, to work in a privately owned sales business, based in Cambourne.
Required Skills Are Admin, Excel, Time Management & Organisation.
Ideal skills include experience of Sage & Ecommerce, however you will be supported in this if you do not have experience in either Sage or Ecommerce.
Coming from an experienced admin background, coupled with a strong working knowledge of excel, your role will be to ensure that critical information can be accessed quickly & efficiently.
You will also be responsible for handlingsupplier payments as well as raise invoices further to receiving inboundEcommerce sales orders.
On the finance side, you will be responsible for compiling VAT returns via Sage, as well as reconciling business credit card statements.
This is a busy & fast moving role.with an equally busy & fast moving sales business that currently in a period of expansion. More Detail
