Job summary

We are looking to recruit registered nurses to join our community rehabilitation hospital within County Hospital . Rowan ward is a 18 bedded unit. We pride ourselves in providing excellent standards of nursing care to our patients requiring a period of rehabilitation and complex discharge planning.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic staff who demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure individualised patient centred care.

We explore innovative ways of working to enhance our patients experience in hospital providing an environment that is patient and staff focused. We are a very welcoming, supportive and friendly team of professionals who strive to provide a positive caring environment for both patients and staff.
