Empowering Learning are looking for Student Support Mentor in a bespoke and impressive SEND Setting in Rural Leicestershire . Experience working in a school setting and experience with SEND pupils is favourable. Experience within the a sector with transferable skills may also be considered. The school is truly an amazing place to work!

Required Experience
• Have experience working with young people
• Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Have a desire to work with, inspire and support children
• Have an interest in supporting young people with a variety of SEND
• Have experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable not essential)
• Be a part of the school team taking part in the wider school environment
• Have an understanding of behavioural management
