Are you an Assistant F&B Manager looking for a new challenge? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

We have a vacancy for a Food and Beverage Manager for this 4-star property in Galway City. The ideal candidate will have a 4 or 5-star F&B background, with excellent team motivation, training and interpersonal skills and be confident in assisting the smooth running of a busy F&B department.

We are looking for someone with great floor presence, excellent attention to detail and eagerness for development. As a member of the senior management team, you will also be focused on training the food and beverage team, driving high performance, and ensuring standards are consistently at the high level required to meet and exceed guest expectations.
