Sligo Credit Union is currently recruiting for the role of Member Service Team Lead. This is a full-time permanent position. This position is based in Sligo town.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Member Service Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of member service representatives and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to our very valued members. The Member Service Team Lead will play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve optimum performance and uphold out high service standards. The successful candidate will have an excellent customer care ethos.

Skills and competency requirements:
