Operations Manager - Galway City Centre

Maria Logan Recruitment are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join this busy 4* hotel on the Galway City.

Working closely with the General Manager you will assess, evaluate, and ensure that the long-term and short-term goals of all the operations are met. You will also oversee all elements of the guest experience to ensure that everyone has the most memorable stay as possible.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, developing and mentoring your team to exceed customer expectations.
