The Opportunity

Techforce have partnered with a world-wide multi-disciplinary Asset Management company who are seeking an Experienced Workshop Coordinator for an immediate start. The key responsibilities of the role consist of: Coordinating Procurement, Coordinating Workshop Resources (Operational and Human), engaging with key stakeholders, sub-contractors and Senior Management as well as leading the allocation of Job Flow throughout the workshop.

Job Responsibilities: Your will be responsible for driving the Job Flow within the workshop ensuring effective management of resources and staffing to fall in line with operations milestones. Supervising and driving team, scheduling activities and Job Allocations. Managing procurement of supplies as well as inventory management and stocktake.
