THE ROLE I am seeking a Construction Manager or Site Manager, in the Building Construction industry who has fluent Swiss German and good English to join them in Zurich, Switzerland.You will work on construction projects doing construction site coordination with builders, external construction parties, dealing with subcontractors and local authorities.You will deal with deadlines for cost and time.You will deal with all quality issues.You will organize and coordinate meetings on site.You will verify invoices etc.My client is working on a range of projects including large residential, colleges, hotels etc.You should be able to deal with people at all levels running projects from inception through to handover.You will represent the client’s interest heading up meetings and looking after the client’s interest.THE COMPANYMy client is a successful firm of construction consultants providing clients with Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.They have a number of offices across...
