Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, company vehicle plus Serco benefits

Working hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week Here at Serco, we work with Asylum Accommodation and Support Services to assist individuals through the asylum system, which includes providing them with temporary accommodation. As the Maintenance Operative your role is key in ensuring all requested repairs, be that reactive or proactive and pre-planned (via manager), are carried out to the required standard and within our SLA deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous maintenance experience within a field relating to joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating, etc. You will be a highly motivated individual who can manage your own workflow as well as working within a team when necessary.
