Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Chard. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, including production planning, quality control, and production management. The Factory Manager will also be responsible for operations management and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Overseeing all aspects of production within the factory including planning, scheduling, quality control and coordination between departments. Allocating tasks throughout the factory and ensuring that communication and direction from Production Manager is being outlined and acted upon within the departments.
