1. Responsible for completion of all services as assigned in allocated time;
2. Responsible for completion of all assigned tasks efficiently and
professionally;
3. Maintain a professional courteous manner with co-workers, maintenance
clients, their residents and supplier;
4. Churn inspection reports of all assigned maintenance jobs in a professional
manner

5. Assure safety standards are practiced at all time;
6. Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical and
consistent manner;
7. Ensure all reports of assigned work are filled in correctly and accurately;
8. Ensure all materials & tools are well prepared and acquired prior to the
commencement of daily tasks/projects;
9. Ensure all installations / services of fire protection system and
components including but not limited to Portable fire extinguishers, exit sign
and emergency sign in a proper manner;
10. Ensure safe use and good operational of all Company’s tools &
