Key Points

This role is accountable for ensuring achievement of production target set with optimum utilization of resources provided for the shift.

Job Description / Responsibility
• Assist in preparation of monthly production plan pertaining to rolling module and adhere to it.
• Ensure production yield as per production schedule and highlight issues for resolutions.
• Supervise production process at various production channels at unit (heating, grooving to reduce diameter as per specifications, cooling etc.)
• Ensure smooth floor operations and adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to technical and process specifications on the production floor.
• Supervise setting of mills as per requirements like furnace temperature, grooving, OWS parameters, stock sizes etc.
