Overview
• Lead and manage site Q&FS team with clear Q&FS strategy and targets. Manage daily operations with end-to-end quality management concepts, from raw material to process control to the finished product until consumer feedback.
• Promote quality culture with visible leadership of the quality agenda across PCH site, foster a strong quality culture from senior leaders to shop-floor.
• Drive global Q&FS standards deployment, compliance, and continuous improvement. Coordinate the assessment and implementation of all new global Q&FS standards into site with robust governance.
• Deliver quality KPI achievement and continuous improvement with year-on-year improving targets.
• Build an effective capable quality team, and build the quality capability to each role of non-quality functions.
