Job Purpose/Overview

To provide technical leadership of the Pet Nutrition Packaging Innovation programme for the Nourish team. To develop and implement a global pet-parent centric Packaging Innovation Pipeline delivering to the global Nourish portfolios. In addition, to have responsibility for the Science & Technology packaging programmes supporting the central sustainability and future technology programmes. Work in partnership with commercial and R&D Simplification team, delivering aligned and harmonized packaging specifications globally. Provide leadership for the Nourish packaging team and be a member of the Packaging Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive a Pet Parent Centric Innovation mindset across the packaging Nourish team, working closely with key internal business partners in R&D, Marketing, Commercial, S&RA, Q&FS and Supply to ensure Innovative concepts are delivered to market.
