Job Description:
• Continuous Improvement (CI) activities especially focusing on cost, quality, productivity, safety, factory performance, waste reduction and operational process / system of factory in all areas. Support implementation and daily execution of the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program
• This associate shall be linked to an operations team and will be supporter of MSE.
• To be the lead for tasks such as : Value Leadership, Loss analysis, Problem solving / root cause identification, Focused improvement, performance KPIs, and related SiG.
• The Job holder in this role must lead by example and be willing to share experiences with others to improve the technical self-sufficiency of the operation team.
