ARM has partnered with an Energy client who is looking for an experienced Operations Director to join their ever-growing team. As the Operations Director, you’ll work closely with the CEO as part of the leadership team and be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the company as well as formulating the company’s strategic and operational objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise expansion of our facilities, assets, team, and projects
• Manage design and execution of building fit-outs as part of company expansion.
• Recruit, Train, and manage staff, including managing a small dynamic team of direct reports
• Managing budgets and forecasts, and the ability to examine financial data and use it to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
