Production technicians are the backbone of our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) mills. They make sure we produce OSB safely and efficiently, creating the materials that build homes and dreams. Our Production Technicians start in an entry level role where we provide all the training you need to succeed. With our unique Pay for Skills program, the more you learn, the more you earn.

Tolko is currently sourcing a Production Technician at our High Prairie OSB Division, located in High Prairie. This state-of-the-art facility has a continuous press that gives us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative forest products for customers around the world.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding industrial environment.
