This role includes tasks such as: greet and offer services to customers, answer over-the-phone enquires, identify services required, access and navigate databases, maintain data integrity, calculate/collect/apply fees, balance financial transactions, follow policies and procedures, advise customers, secure storage of documents and information, follow document management protocol.

Skills required:

- An Active thinker who can process a high volume of documents and accomplish several duties accurately and in a timely manner.
