What you'll do: Working closely with the Ag Division Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

\tTo ensure acceptable level of customer service is provided to customers and you have the appropriate attitude to create a positive experience for customers;

\tDeliver professional, current and sound agronomic advice and recommendations to producers in the area with a wide variety of crops and soils, including crop protection/crop nutrition information, field scouting and recommendations, soil testing services;

\tAdminister and carry out an extensive on farm contact program developing customer and supplier relationship;

\tMarket and distribute crop supply products and farm equipment to new and existing customers;

\tReceive, distribute and load fertilizer and crop protection products;

\tMaintain environmental compliance;

\tWork with the crop input manager to maintain inventory levels, ordering and data reporting through in house programming;
