Our client is a highly acclaimed and recognised building company who pride themselves on award-wining projects covering high-end custom homes , townhouse developments and multi residential apartment project throughout South East Queensland and NSW. They are now seeking an experienced and self motivated Site Manager for two $6M builds on the northern Gold Coast.

The day to day duties of the Site Manager will include but not be limited to the following :
• Ensuring all works undertaken by contractors is completed to the highest quality finishes and in compliance with the latest building codes
• Manage the coordination of all site activities including materials handling, trade contractors and suppliers
• Meeting programmed dates for all Construction stages of the project
• OH&S on Site
• Working closely with Construction Manager for planning, organising and managing overall site

Experience of the Site Supervisor :
• 5 years+ of running Luxury Homes and Commercial Projects
