Job Summary:

As the Divisional Head of Retail Banking reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in managing retail business within the Namibian market. Your primary responsibility will be to provide overall direction and supervision of the Group's strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
