Responsibilities :
• Lead / manageproject managers and technical staff on Municipalprojects
• Coordinateproject priorities, staffing schedules and staffassignments
• Serveas organizationspokesperson
• Build / maintainclientrelationships
• Attract,develop, and retain employees, set employee expectations and manageemployeeperformance
• Ensureconsistency and excellence on project execution and achieve optimalfinancialperformance

Requirements :
• B.S.degree in CivilEngineering
• 6+years ofexperience
• P.E.License
• Establishedclient relationships in local areapreferred
