Selection Criteria Essential
• Tertiary qualifications in medical laboratory science or equivalent as determined by AIMS.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience of routine laboratory operations.
• Available to work a flexible roster to facilitate efficient workflow in the laboratory.
• Proven customer service skills and an ability to exceed client service expectations.
• Show initiative and have good analytical decision making.
• Ability to interact and communicate well with medical staff and customers.
• High standard of verbal and written communication skills.
• Facilitate training for staff.
• Supervise staff and provide timely feedback on performance.
• An understanding of anti-discrimination, cultural diversity and EEO and WHS principles.
• Current driver s license.
